alot of cracked cart path, ruind grass, and debris everywhere, but a great course for begginers, or if you have a wicked slice.

Overall a decent course, but really lacking in elevation changes. Some form of water in play on 16 of the holes. Not terribly exciting scenery, but it's kept up very nicely.
