Great Exuma, 10, Bahamas
A golfer's dream, this course has been named among the best in the Caribbean by Travel & Leisure Golf. Placing the front nine holes through scenic mangroves, Greg Norman took advantage of the landscape's natural barriers. The back nine offer challenges of a different nature where the sea views create ample distractions from the focus of the game. This ever-changing course presents a worthy challenge for even the most avid golfer. While most courses feature one signature hole, Emerald Bay has six, which edge a rocky coast, rolling emerald fairways, prevailing trade winds and blue water as far as the eyes can see. Golfers will experience a new game each time they play and there are five different sets of tees to accommodate every skill level.

This is a perfect resort course. You can tee it forward and play a relatively tame layout, or you can tee it back and play a challenging course.
This is a Greg Norman design, and I feel he did a nice job making the best of the topography. The back nine tees can be a little confusing, especially 12 and 17, but other than that the course is an absolute winner.
Having stayed at the Sandals Resort, my wife and I rented clubs @ $60 each. We had TaylorMade clubs, and a complimentary 6 balls each. Then we also had a $40 cart fee, so the total for two of us to play Emerald Reef was $160. I guess that is not to bad for a resort course.
The scenery was magnificent, especially the back 9.
