The course is set near to the Adriatic sea, which is only to be seen from the modern clubhouse. The course itself is in an agricultural setting. No holiday homes along side the course. Nevertheless a lot of out of bounds (thick bush areas) or red lateral zones (creeks, ravins). For this reason a challenging course that you have to to play straight, because mistakes are not forgiven.
Course is well maintained and even provides gold tees for those who want to experience a pro challenge.
