18 Holes, Par 72, Blue Tees - 6,987 yards, White Tees - 6,501 yards, Red Tees - 5,362 yards. Kearney Hill is a premier public golf course, located in northwest Fayette County. Totally unlike any other golf course in the area, Kearney Hill Links has drawn rave reviews from golfers. It is a Scottish links-style course, characterized by open, rolling terrain, deep sand and grass bunkers and a few trees. The wind is a very important factor in playing the course.

Played in Nov,2013, Nice layout but something was lacking??? Seems it might have been the maintenance. Heard great things about Kearny but was kinda disappointed. Will probably give it another shot next trip to KY

Not a bad little track. Played here on a stay in play in Lexington and enjoyed it. It's kept up nicely and not too challenging.

You will be hard pressed to find a better collection of muni tracks in another city than you will find in Lexington, Kentucky, but this one is the tops. It is the highest price, but where else can you play a Pete Dye designed course at a great price. Kearney offers a wide variety in challenges, most holes are pretty wide open off the tee, although a few holes (10, 11, 16, 17) that require precise tee shots. But the real challenge to course comes in your approach shots and putting. The greens at Kearney are large and feature a lot of ungulation. Shots have to be hit to the right portion of the green, and if the wind whips, which is pretty likely, Kearney becomes a great challenge. It's a great golf course that will challenge any game, and will require you to hit about every club in your bag. Lexington's park courses are also always in good shape, so don't let it being owned by the city scare you, must play.

Did you forget to mention this is a Pete Dye original, and a former PGA Senior Tour stop? Very rare gem maintained by the Park Disrict.
