A quality facility, Willowbend Golf Club is the only Tom Weiskopf/Jay Morrish designed course in Kansas. This dynamic course features the Weiskopf/Morrish strategy of having a drivable par 4 on each nine with an extremely long par 4 as well. On the front nine, the sixth hole, at 455 yards is the long and difficult par 4 which goes north letting the prevailing south wind shorten the hole. The ninth hole is a fun and drivable par 4 which goes south into the prevailing wind. On the back nine, the 14th hole is a tricky short par 4 that goes north with the wind making this hole very reachable for the average hitter. But look out by the green! The 16th hole is considered to be the most difficult hole on the course. At 470 yards into a south wind makes par a premium! Great Course! Great Design!
