Opened in 1973, the course is a Jack Nicklaus/Desmond Muirhead design that's dominated by very large, fast greens. While the course is well bunkered, it is rarely necessary to carry a bunker to reach a green, and shots hit short can bounce and run on.

Second as an overnight to be added to your Michigan experience. Third, as a golf only experience to break up the drive to or from a metropolitan area.

And with jet service into nearby MBS International Airport, Bay Valley is the ideal location from which to begin or end a fly-drive tour of Michigan.

Very nice golf course. No major eye-candy here, but there is a lot of water in play.
