Willow Lakes Golf Course

This military course is in good shape. The terrain varies in undulation from one hole to the next, but is basically open. The small greens are somewhat sloped and fast. The course opens at noon on Monday and is only for Department of Defense personnel and their guests.

We play our league here. It could be better maintained, but isn't in too bad of shape. The snack shop, cart personell are really friendly, but don't catch the clubhouse attendant on the wrong day: she can be nasty for no reason.

As many courses as I have played through the years, I have to say, for the money this is my favorite. Although a military course, they allow the public to play at Willow and since it is a Robert Trent Jones, championship course, I'd say we are lucky to have it. The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. I recommend it highly and whenever I have visitors from out of town Willow Lakes Golf Course is where I take them.
