Chaska Town CourseChaska, Minnesota - 612-443-3748 www.chaskatowncourse.com Designed by renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills, Chaska Town Course sprawls over 285 acres of oak groves, open prairie, and marshlands. Lush bent grass covers the playing area from tee box to green. Chaska Town Course is owned and operated by the City of Chaska. Prior to opening in 1997, then Chaska Mayor Bob Roepke emphasized Chaska's commitment to quality golf, "Our vision is that Chaska will be home to both the best private (Hazeltine National) and the best public courses in Minnesota." The St. Paul Pioneer Press in reviewing the Town Course confirmed that commitment, "Chaska has the feel of a Hazeltine spill-over course; ... tough enough to be used in conjunction with the nearby Hazeltine National for some big-time, big-field event that requires more than one course." That vision has become a reality for Chaska as Hazeltine National Golf Club and Chaska Town Course co hosted the National Amputee Tournament in 2003 and United States Amateur in 2006. Golf Guide Minnesota's review of the Town Course resulted in headlining it's August 1997 issue with, "Chaska redefines municipal courses." Course Details Scorecard Designed By Arthur Hills

A little steep price-wise, and the pace can be slow if they have cartpath only restrictions on carts. Tremendous design and great greens.
