Green Knoll Golf Course

Green Knoll Golf Course is a regulation, 18 hole, 6,443 yard course a challenge to the experienced golfer, as well as the novice player. Green Knoll is known for its tight fairways and rolling contours. The facility also operates a lighted 9 hole par three Pitch and Putt Course. A golf shop and snack bar are available. Green Knoll is located on 587 Garretson Road, Bridgewater Township.

Pace was horrendous. Tried to play today and it was really disgusting. Took 3+ hours just to finish up 8 holes. There was no marshall who drove around to address the speed up the slow pace. After 8 holes, just picked up the ball and drove home. If the pace was better, it's not a bad municipal course to play on.

My 'home' course. Pace of play needs to be enforced here. This is a tougher course than people give it credit for. The course looks 10 times better than it did a few years ago and it is a fun challenge. Watch out for #8!

Horrificly slow at times, I have been stuck waiting on the 3rd hole (Par 3) for up to 25 minutes. Took me 3+ hours to play one night. However, if it's not crowded it's a nice open course and well maintained. A few rolling hills and some very nice holes with water. Unfortunately, I have *never* seen a ranger ride around and enforce speed of play. One simple change to this course could make it a fantastic public course.

Absolutely pathetic pace of play at times. It has taken me 3+ hours to play 9 on some days. Early morning tee time necessary if you want to finish in 4 ;) Otherwise, it's a pretty nice municipal course. Somewhat hilly in places.
