I've been having this problem for the past few weeks, where I open the app, and anything I select, the app crashes back to my iPhone app screen. I tried uninstalling app and re-installing, but nothing has changed. Any suggestions or is this a known bug? Please advise.

Interesting. We are not aware of any issues with the app continually crashing.
What kind of iPhone do you have?

We haven't back tested our app, so it could be part of the problem. What software do you have on it?

it's kinda strange, it just stopped working all of a sudden. i use the oob golf iPhone app, which software are you asking? which version i have on my iPhone?

I've had similar experiences with Iphone 3 and 4. It's fairly infrequent, but makes the app useless for the rest of the round. I've tried reloading the course in the middle of a round and it will load the course fine, but then will crash with the first touch of a button. The strange thing is that I can go play the following day without having done anything more than recharge the phone and the app will work fine.
Good luck working this one out.

i am running the oobgolf app on an iphone 4, both on iOS 4 and 5. I am unable to load any course, the app crashes, shows me a weird map in the background and a message "unable to load GPS data".
and, yes, all my location services are set to "on", just in case you wondered....golfshot GPS works fine.
any help would be appreciated.

Hey andreasito-
There are two things to try. First, Clear the data. Go to the Settings, and touch "Clear" next to App Data
If that doesn't work, delete the app and redownload it.
Let me know how it goes.
