Just noticed I joined in 2008...wonder who's been here the longest (still actively posting scores) other than the founders? I know there are some of you that go back to 2006...not sure when the website was created...

I am a relative newbee. merlin3driver has my vote as the longest active Oober (August, 2006) unless you start counting the guys like kickntrue who started the site.

At one time I was 18 from the top of the leaderboard. Not because I was a good golfer, but because the leaderboard was only one page. I've surely enjoyed picking on you guys. This is the only thing I do on the internet besides checking e-mail, but I have to check in about every day to see what's new.

May of 2008, but I don't post scores here any more (use ClubSG). Still lurk here reading posts etc. Much more activity and camaraderie on oob than clubsg.

Let me make a post quick to find out...
Got it. May 2009. I believe that was shortly after I played my first round in over ten years. Every round I've played since I started playing again has been posted here except for the ones where I didn't keep score.
