I've got a Nicklaus stand bag, that I'm honestly not sure how it still works. It's almost 12 years old.
TM R7 Limited Driver 10.5* (graphite)
McGregor 4 Wood (graphite)
Titleist 980F 5 Wood (steel)
TM Raylor 22* hybrid (graphite)
TM R7 Draw 5-PW (steel)
Adams Tom Watson Classic G, S, L wedges
Odyssey White Hot Rossie putter
I usually have about 8-9 Nike One Vapor balls, and 6-12 random balls of other brand.
Two towels, tees, flip out divot tool, cheap plastic divot tool (for lending to playing partners w/o one), 2-3 gloves, driver wrench, rules of golf - pocket version, 5-6 extra cleats and cleat wrench, spare change.

So it' takes a lotta balls to play golf the way he does. I used to carry a lot too. Never know what's gonna happen.

Ok.. bear with me... I love my golf stuff.
Take this one with a grain of salt guys.
Driver and 3 wood. Older 09 taylor made... but i hit em good so why change.
Ping G15 irons and Hybrids... with an Yes Ashley putter.
New Ping bag that resides on a Clicgear 3.0 pull cart.
Have the little add on that allows me to velcro my iphone to the cart so I have Golfshot to score and keep my handicap. Also have a Leupold Rangefinder just to be nerdy.. but I like it at the range to and it has helped me a lot.
But the BESTest ever.... is...... an Igotcha Ball retriever.... not that I need it to find my lost balls... NO.. I always hitem in the fairway... in fact, been using the same ball since 2003. Played about 500 rounds with it...
But... It sure is a lot of fun to hunt for lost GB's while waiting for those slow &^%$@#*'s in front of me to move along! I got a garbage can full of em in the garage... and it sure pisses the wife off!
Hit em straight.... Long... and often!

(mostly) brand new clubs:
Ping G20 driver - 10.5* S flex -3/4"
Ping G20 5W - S
Ping G20 Hybrid - 20* S
Ping G15 4-6 irons
Ping i20 7-UW irons <---- (sweet!)
Ping W wedge 56*
Ping iWi putter
and.... Ping 4 series carry bag
In addition to normal golf stuff in the bag I carry fingernail clippers and a little bottle of sunscreen. Plus rain gear if in doubt.
I am DONE buying golf clubs, selling/donating my old stuff. Might keep a spare bag for guests to borrow.

hollywoodtimb - I usually have about 10 balls of the brand I play, and the other 10 or so are random golf balls I find on the course. Every couple weeks, I empty them into a big bucket. So at any given time I might have 10 balls, or 20 or more.

Whoa, I usually carry 3 or 4 balls. Living on the edge. Hasn't happened yet but if I were to run out I guess I'd just beg and hope someone in my group could spare a beat up old top-flite or something.
