Looks like someone had already added the ladíe's slope/rating, so I went in and added all of the 9-hole values as well as the slope/rating for the "ladies' back tees" as it is listed on the USGA site.

BK, I just tried to correct a card...I posted a player from the SR tee's though he (12 year old kid of a friend) played the red and there was no slope or rating...

Unfortunately, it appears as if the farthest forward set of tees only has a slope/rating for ladies. It appears as if there are five sets of tees overall. The back three are rated for men only, the second closest is rated for men and women, and the closest is rated for women only.

I wish that they would rate the forward tees for all players to encourage kids that age to keep track of their handicap, but I guess it is what it is.
