Solid round today in the wind and cold, game seems to be improving steadily!

 

Great chipping was the order of the day for the Golfnut today, 11 pars with only tap-ins necessary, a little luck and a few could have been birdies. Two sandies helped him along the way to a Nice (76).

 

Sporting a new set of irons and a few nice drives with the Wizards' new driver aided The Golfnut to a fine round of (79). Tough matches are ahead with the Wizard, with him holding on to a (9)handicap!

 

The Wildlife Protection Agency here in Key West have issued a Warrant for your arrest for assaultimg a Duck with a golf ball!

Sooting a mere 79 first time on the course, Golfnut appeared to be confused by the varying green conditions! Just imagine if he had more rounds on this unusual course!

 

Golfnut played well again today, dispite having a partner playing poorly and carried the match until the 17th. should have paid his dollar to our oppoents!

 

The Golfnut turned in another sparkling round today (79), but good not defend against the Linkswizards onslaught of strokes, as the Wizard made few mistakes this day!

Golfnut played a nice round of golf up at the Leicester Golf club this week a course that he had never played. Being guided around the course by the Linkswizard was indeed a tremendous help!

 

Golfnut was his usual self today even with a back that was acting up! A solid round of 82 however was not enough to defeat the forces of GOOD, namely Petrodriver and the Linkswizard! The last four holes appeared to make the differance!
Lower scorces should be helpful if they intend to win the next match!

 

Not Too Bad! Shoot 111, including 1 whiff and still collected the cash$!

Kudos to Golnut321158 today collecting his first dollar of the season! Playing in a howling wind he carded a 2 over par 38 on the back nine to edge out the Wizard on the 18th green by 1. That's 7 pars with only 2 bogeys, not back at all!

In the battle of Good against Evil, Good won today overcoming Evils' plans. Golfnut and Wiz Protege combined forces to play the Wizard 2 against 1! Golfnut shooting 79 gross, 68 net! Protege' shot 97 gross 71 net! With those handicaps they should have won easily! However, the Linkswizard played a steady game and was victorious!

Wonderful round of golf today by the golfnut32158, firing a blistering 1 under on the back nine for (75), perhaps because of his birthday or a "gift" from his wife he played a relaxed almost tranquil round of golf! Same result however, he had to pony up the cash to the Wizard! Nice to win when someone is at his best!

 

A strong effort by Golfnut could not defeat the Wizard and Redsun, with his partner Norm, the match was decided on the 18th after a give and take battle all day! Nice round and loads of fun once again!

Once more in the Titanic battle between Good and Evil, goodness prevailed! The Linkswizard and his excellent partner regrouped after a slow start and defeated the forces of the Evil Empire 1 up on the last hole! Always nice to collect the cash after the last putt has been holed. Handicap seems just about perfect, with the last few matches ending on the 18th!

Another great day of golf for the golfnut out on the links today. He fired a terrific (80) dispite frozen greens that were not holding! However, the Linkswizard took his money and the match defeating him and renegum in a two tie all tie match, that was not close! Always a great time and lots of fun!

today, Good won by the slimest of margins! The Linkswizard and the Gumster triumphed once again over the team of the Golfnut and his partner Redsun. Good matchup on a great Winters' day for golf! Always fun with many laughs, as usual at the Wizards expense!!!!

 

Here's the good news, you must give the Gumster 3 shots on Thursday, pickup some extra Roids from Norm!!!

 

The casual observer would notice that when the golfnut partners with Normant he plays unusuallly well, could there be some sharing of the STERIODS? I think YES! Five over "76"
was a wonderful score in cold and windy conditions! Kudos to the BIg Guy, single digit handicap just one stroke away!!!

Playing at what could only be called a practice round, the golfnut32158, shot a mere "80", could have been much lower, but as I said he was "ONLY" practicing!!

The golfnut has not returned my call today 12/14/11, it appears that he is out practicing his game to try and maintain his edge over the Linkswizard! At 2 shots a hole they still would have beaten us by 2, not too hard to figure out who the sandbaggers are! Down to a 11.6 and dropping!!

When in the company of the Linkswizard, you will be using your OOB handicap which currently stands at 12.4, 12.4 is 12 not 13!If you were 12.5 you would be 13!
Apparently the golfnut did not do well in his early years with Math!
However, in his defense he has been around Norm who is heavily into steroids, so a little must be rubbing off! Match tomorrow should prove intersting the Wizard is now 29!

Nice day at Laurel Lane today, 1 a hole 2 on the par 5's would have been perfect!

 

So nice to play a course that isn't muddy,and you can play both sides.

 

FYI, a score was recorded 99, however, that round was contaminated by a least 6 Mulligans, actual score should have been listed as 105. A few developments with the right knee from last Tuesday were a problem, No Excuses! Lots of stuff this week playing tomorrow, maybe we can get out on Friday, let me know.

 

Perhaps the golfnut is trying to hide another low round, there is no posted round for 11/25/11, and it is common knowledge that he did indeed play a round of golf! It therefore can be safely be assumed that he is hiding it! If it is not posted by the end of the day today a round of 70 will be entered for him! 12 handicap Really???????

 

The golfnut appears to show no signs of slowing up. Shootimg 80 today at Beaver River he again displayed a better score than his posted handicap of 12. Justice will be firm and swift in exposing the error of his ways!

It would appear that 32158, has lost his sense of parity on the course, while I freely admit to hitting it straight, it only goes 100 to 105 yards no matter the club
being used! Hitting drives of 250 yards, laser iron shots nad great putting 32158 wins his matches easily. A stroke a hole, 2 on the par 5's IS FAIR and EQUITABLE, this being the true facts, he should be Proud to give the Linkswizard his proper due!!!!!

 

As of this date there has been no response from 32158 concerning his recent low scores on the links! Could it be perhaps he cannot explain the differencial between his posted handicap and that of what he actually shoots on the course? It does appear that there are some strange going ons'. Gotta watch those retired guys real close!

 

Apparently the rumor about 32158 golfnuts' handicap is true. Even the most nieve of golfers would agree that a (79) 8 over par is a bit lower than a 12.4 handicapper should shoot the 2nd time on new course! It would seem that the "NO Shame" policy being promoted by Normant is catchy!!!! Good Day, Good Time!!!!!!
