Average 128 rounds a year or about 11 per month, which is 15,000 yards, or around nine miles walked per week. Roughly 2100 hours of golf since moving to BC. (Plus practice time of maybe 300 hours?) According to Malcolm Gladwell, I still have a ways to go until I can hope to excel. Joint degeneration notwithstanding. Averaging about $2000 per year?? All in. Four bucks an hour? Cheap. 120 games in 2012 on membership @ RL or ML = $14 per mbrshp round. Played Bandon Dunes, Chambers Bay, Wildflower, Gearhart and Sand Pines. Won $180 in Club Championship, + two KPs (3rd Senior Net). One hole in one, three eagles. Played 57 holes on Nov 22 birthday. 40 games (plus some unrecorded partials) so far in 2013. 4/15/13
