 Kickntrue says:Handicap is a number based on your golfing "potential" that uses ratings and slopes of courses you play. You are playing above average difficulty courses very well. You should only play to your handicap about 10% of the time, so it makes sense that you would have a average score over "par" with a Plus Handicap. 2/14/07
